Parent HUB

The Parent HUB has been created to supply you with all the day-to-day information concerning your child.

Student Pupil Tracker Online

ybourn Primary School has been using School Pupil Tracker (SPTO), a secure web-based programme, to record children’s progress and attainment during parent interviews. This system is used regularly by class teachers, and it has the facility for parents to see their child’s progress and attainment, as well as yearly reports, online. All information on the children is held in a secure web base and can only be accessed through the unique user name and password which has been issued to you and was generated by School Pupil Tracker Online. We are very excited about this move forward with sharing information about your child’s learning. On SPTO you will also be able to log in and see your child's behaviour record and celebrate their positive achievements of Going for Gold! Please click here to access School Pupil Tracker Online.

We use ParentPay as our method of payment for dinner money, Breakfast Club, Tea-Time Club and all school trips. We no longer accept cash in the office for any type of payment.

Every parent should now have received a username and password to set up their account, and a bar code letter giving you the option of paying via the PayPoint network. You can go to any shop/Post Office with the Paypoint symbol, and they will scan the barcode on the bottom of the letter provided; this will update your child’s dinner money account. (Please be aware that PayPoint can take up to 48 hours to credit your ParentPay account, so if you would like to use this option, please credit your child’s account on Thursday ready for the following week's dinner money payment.

Please visit the school office if you have any queries about using ParentPay and we will be happy to assist you. Your support in using ParentPay will help the school enormously.
